Our Chef

Mandy Landry, owner and chef, has been creating amazing dishes for over 20 years. She believes if you love what  you cook you can taste the love in your food.  She also knows in today's busy world most of us don't have the time or energy to put into cooking. Her idea that all families deserve great home cooked food blossomed into I'm Not Cooking Tonight. 

Our Food Philosophy

We use only the freshest, high quality ingredients.  We use no added preservatives . Whole foods make for the best meals.  We are gluten and dairy free. Everything that can be made from scratch is made from scratch. Love what you do and taste comes through​
